hello. This is a money curator. This evening, out of the blue, I received a text from KCP saying that 24,000 won was paid. KCP? What is this? Have you never paid? With this in mind, I first searched for the KCP that was paid for.

KCP is a payment agency system for NHN Korea Cyber Payment. In other words, as well as offline payments, it is a company that acts as an agent for online market, electronic payment services such as smartphone payments, PAYCO services, and online and offline integrated payment services such as VAN services. As it is literally a payment agency, when a payment is made through KCP, the name of exactly which merchant the payment was made from is not displayed. So, if you have never made a payment like me and have received this text message, you can call the KCP customer center (1544-8667, consultation hours, weekdays Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00) to find out or check it on the website. 좋은뉴스

 

Since today was Saturday evening, of course, the customer center was not connected, so I decided to visit the KCP website to find out. Please enter the URL below

You will be directed to a screen where you can check your payment details.

 

If you cannot move the page

Go to the main screen of the KCP homepage -> Customer Center (top right corner) -> Check payment details.

 

 

 

 

 

 

If the security program installation guide appears, download it. I downloaded manually.

 

 

If you run the downloaded security program, you will be directed to this screen. Please enter the required information.

 

1. Select ‘Credit Card’ as the payment method.

 

2. Enter the card number, approval number, payment amount, and transaction date in the payment information field. You can check the approval number by entering the payment card company application and checking the ‘approval details’ or by calling the customer center (1544-8667).

 

3. Select ‘I agree’ to ‘Consent to the collection and use of personal information for inquiry of payment details’.

 

4. Click ‘Search’.

 

As a result of the search, the identity of the KCP payment of 24,000 won was the monthly fee for Adobe Premiere Pro, which I had forgotten. However, seeing that the monthly payment is like this, I think I should ask Adobe to cancel my membership. The cancellation process will be explained in detail in the next post.
