Today, we are going to learn about Skylife’s customer center. I often see people using skylife around me. To learn more about the information provided by the Skylife Customer Center, it is recommended to visit the Skylife Customer Center website.

▶Skylife Homepage
Skylife was acquired by KT and changed its name to KT Skylife. Still, I’m used to it, so I think it’s comfortable to call it Skylife without KT. You can easily access the Skylife Customer Center by searching for it on the portal site. 스카이라이프 고객센터

This menu is located at the top of Skylife’s main page. There are menus for TV, Internet, combined products, contents, customer support, and My SKY. The menu of interest today is the customer support menu.

The customer support menu includes customer consultation, AS relocation application, frequently asked questions, self-diagnosis service, kids care setting guide, notice/data room, event, and fee guide.

If you click Customer Support, four frequently used menus appear in the Customer Center. Frequently asked questions, self-diagnosis service, after-sales service and transfer application, customer consultation. Well, before I look into this, I’ll check the customer center phone number and other information first.
