1. Worknet job application method
If you click ‘Worknet Job Application’ on the left menu of My Page, you will see your job application information and job application management screen. In the center of the screen, click ‘Apply for WorkNet Jobs’ to move to the job application information input screen.
Select the applicable conditions on the WorkNet job application information input screen and enter the necessary information. After applying for a job, the default resume and self-introduction letter are displayed, and after attaching supporting materials and various files stored in the attachment management, the job application is completed by clicking ‘Apply for a job’.
After the job application is completed, a worknet job search number is issued from My Job Application Information, and you can ‘print out the job search registration confirmation’. And if you need to cancel your job application due to employment or other reasons, click ‘Job Application Cancellation Request’, enter the reason for cancellation and click Save, and your cancellation request will be processed within 1-3 days.
2. How to write a resume
Please note that you can register up to 5 resumes. For the first time, click ‘Register Resume’ on the left menu of My Page, and when you see a screen with instructions on how to create and use your WorkNet resume, click ‘Create Resume’ at the bottom.
On the resume registration screen, you can select and write the desired type from 4 types (basic type, academic activity-oriented type, career project-oriented type, and training qualification-oriented type). No matter which of the 4 types is selected, you can add or delete by selecting the necessary individual items from the ‘Input item letter frame’ shown on the right.
Next, at the bottom of the resume, you can enter your desired job type and options for job search on Worknet. Please enter your desired work area, occupation, and wishes in detail as required input items for job placement and provision of customized information. If you enter it accurately, you can receive the customized employment information you need.
During resume creation, you can use the output screen preview of the screen being written and the temporary save resume function even before entering all the required input items. Resume registration processing is complete.
3. How to apply for a job at Worknet
To use the WorkNet job application service, you must first register your resume and apply for a job.
Depending on whether ‘Worknet application’ is included in the job posting method, the Worknet job application below may be visible on the detailed screen of the job posting, or it may be impossible to apply. If you can apply for a job on Worknet, click the ‘Apply for a job on Worknet’ button to move to a pop-up window where you can select your resume and self-introduction letter for job application.
Worknet application can be applied by selecting ‘Worknet Resume’ and ‘Free Form Resume’ designated by the hiring company. Select the cover letter and attachments you wish to apply for along with your resume and click the ‘apply for job’ button to complete your application for worknet. Please note that you can check the application details in the ‘Recruitment/Recruitment Details’ menu.
4. How to view and print job search activity details
If you click ‘Job Search Activity History’ on the left menu of My Page, you can view and save the details of job search activities for the last 3 years that you applied for through Worknet, and you can print out your job search activity details by clicking the ‘Print’ button.
